Home improvement has become a popular hobby of many people in the past few years.
But the task of tidying up and organising your home is often beyond the reach of the average person, so many people are left to their own devices.
In a recent interview with The Hindu, home improvement expert Dr. Jitendra Singh, who is also the founder and CEO of Home Improvement Network, shared his tips on how to manage clutter and make the most of the internet and social media.
According to Singh, it is important to manage your digital and social environment as well.
“It is important for you to keep your home tidy and organized,” he said.
“Do not waste your time by taking your phone or tablet out of your pocket.
This is one of the best ways to avoid any distractions.”
In order to manage the clutter, it’s best to start by removing the items that are in your home that you do not use.
This includes the furniture, appliances, and even your clothes, he said, adding that you should also remove all the trash, if possible.
“Don’t use the internet to look for stuff you have not seen.
You should also not open the windows, even if you have a window, and don’t use a remote to control your lights or any other gadgets,” he added.
